1. 40 teams took part in the above championships which were held at RNAS Merryfield, ILTON, Somerset on Fri 12 Mar 09.  The event consisted of paired riders starting off at 2 minute intervals, and then covering 7 laps of the circuit (22 miles in total) in the fastest possible time.
