The club continues to offer members the option of joining for three years. Members who join under this option will also receive the free loan of a coveted RNRMCA short Sleeve Jersey. Once you've received your jersey you may wish to upgrade your kit to give yourself the full package. All the clubs kit is supplied by companies that have a long pedigree in the supply of cycling kit. Thanks to support from the club full members are entitled to receive their kit at prices which largely equate to 40% off the cost price. Club members are also entitled to purchase kit at cost price. Both prices represent a significant saving on what would be recommended retail prices. How to order kit The current equipment manager holds a vast array of kit. However, it is impracticle and not cost effective to stockpile large amounts of kit. Therefore having decided which items of kit you would like to order you should contact Keith (details below) to discuss availability and sizing options. An order form is available to download you should print and then send to the address supplied with a cheque for the required amount. Ensure you clearly state your preferred delivery address and contact details. Postage Costs Depending on your locationa nd prefferred delivery means should your kit require posting then it will be sent to you via Royal Mail. The cost of this is to be met by the indiviual ordering and you should confirm these costs with the kit manager prior to sending your cheque. You should also discuss alternative delivery/collection methods when you contact Keith. Kit Available The following list details the general kit available. Bibshorts Designed to complement the design and style of the RNRMCA jersey's the bibshorts are a hardwearing comfortable product designed for comfort and speed to give any rider increased pleasure from performance.
The Full monty as seen here shows how well a full set of RNRMCA kit works together. Seen here are the RNRMCA bibshorts on top is the RNRMCA short sleeve jersey with a Gilet as an extra layer. Topped of with a set of armwarmers and thermal leggins and you are set for any ride with kit combinations to suit any change in the weather.
Thermal Bibtights These babies will keep you toastie no matter wha tthe British winter throws at you. Plain black with the RNRMCA Logo on the leg the Bibtights are a real boost to any cold weather ride. Note these bibtights do not have an integral pad so a pair of bibshorts should be worn in conjunction with them.
Thermal Jacket It's as warm as the tights and has the same RNRMCA Livery as the standard shirts. Again this jacket is designed for the winter so if it's not quite cold enough then why not consider an armwarmer/gilet combination until the snow sarts to fall!! S/S & L/S Jersey's The staple of the kit shop these shirts are smart and practicle with 3 pockets and a good quality finish they are the admiration of rival clubs the length of the country. Examples of Tour De France jerseys (N.B. a small stock of white jerseys also exists) Gilet The Gilet is a fantastic addition to your Autumn/Spring wardrobe. A sleeveless bodice the front section is well lined to keep the wind out whilst the rear is vented to allow the heat to dissapate.
