Club Administration AGM Minutes

Your club committee believe that the open, welcoming nature of the club coupled with access to an active message board gives you it's members ample free opportunity to express your views on how the club is being run. Similarly the message board and mailing list provide the committee a method of keeping you updated on vital information regarding the club.
 
The committee members remain in constant contact with each other this hopefully allows for speedy resolution of potential issues and allows the decision making process to remain fluid keeping the club at the forefront of RN sport.
 
To complement and officiate these communication methods the club holds an annual general meeting to which all club members are invited and encouraged to attend. Recent years have seen larger attendance at these meetings in line with the increasing membership of the club. Topics discussed at these meetings are many and varied and they also provide an excellent vehicle for members to put faces to names and meet other club members.
