Top 15 for Three RNRMCA Mountain Bikers

Three RNRMCA mountain bikers competed at the final round of the Southern Cross Country (XC) Series in Pippingford (East Sussex) on Sunday 6th September, and all placed high enough to finish the Series in the Top 15 of their respective categories.

Wind, rain and mist did not dampen the spirits of the 31 starters at the RNRMCA 2 stage Hill Climb that took place around Princetown, Dartmoor, taking in some famous climbs like Peak and Pork Hills.  With a total of just over 8 miles of racing and at least 6 of those ascending, it was always going to be a tough day, however at least the tail wind accounted for some very fast times
