2009 Annual General Meeting book your place now.... Following the success of the 2008's venue this years meeting will take the same format. Date and Format To be held on Wednesday 04th November the meeting is to be preceeded with a club ride in the Hampshire lanes. Riders wishing to join in should make their way to Southwick Park for a 1300 departure from the external car park. The aim is to have a club ride to suit all abilities so group numbers will be dependant on ability and the ride length will be dictated by the prevailing weather. Any willing route leaders are to contact the General Sec (details below) to volunteer.
Following the ride there will be food available in the sportsmans arms (HMS Temeraire) from 1700. It is essential that anyone wishing to use this facility pass their details to the sec in order correct catering requirements are known. After scran the AGM will commence at appox 1800 in the Temeraire Sports Accomodation complex. Accomodation will be available in the sports accomodation complex to book contact the secretary with your requirements. He will need service details/car registration for access. Meeting Format As the name suggests the annual general meeting is the opportunity for members to meet their committee and discuss how the club has been run in 2009 and also a look ahead to plans for 2010. These plans include details of targetted competitions and training camps.
